Kirsten
Kirsten has been managing Karitane® for the last 18 years. She has worked with many families in both New Zealand and overseas and has helped them find the perfect nanny or solution to their baby issues. She is the proud mum of Taylor and Jordan and a granny to Lily. When she is not at work she can be found supporting friends and family or power walking the streets – look out for her if you are in Auckland!
Miranda
Miranda is a Director and owner of Karitane® Limited. She is mum to three boys aged 16, 14 and 11. Alongside Karitane, she owns Miranda Smith Homecare, which provides quality home-based care and support for the elderly, disabled, those with long term illness or end of life care needs in Auckland, Tauranga, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington and Christchurch. She is passionate about helping mothers in the home and enabling them to get the support they want, where and when they need it. Miranda lives in Hawke’s Bay and loves mucking about outside with her boys.
Kelly
Kelly is a member of our Karitane® staff, working as Kirsten’s part-time PA/Administrator. She has been with Karitane® for the past seven years and loves the variety of her role. Kelly is a qualified nanny, who has worked with many families over the years. After hours, Kelly is kept busy with her 14 year old twins Jack and Ella, getting them to their numerous after school activities.
